​We provide in office labs or collect your specimens right in our office to send to an outside lab. Some tests are run in-house, but some are sent to a reference lab based within our office. If any lab results are critical, we will contact you immediately.

It is best to schedule a yearly physical to review your overall health and wellbeing. These wellness visits focus on educating and encouraging you to be a good advocate of your health. We check on the status of your health and provide “before care” or preventative care on health problems issues before they occur.

How Do I Schedule An Appointment For A First Visit?

Simply call our office or send us an e-mail. We will be happy to schedule an appointment for you. When you call to schedule your appointment, our front office staff will request some basic information from you.
We also offer same-day appointments.

What Is A Physician Assistant?

Physician Assistants are medical professionals who diagnose illness, develop and manage treatment plans, prescribe medications, and often serve as a patient’s principal healthcare provider. PAs are committed to team practice with physicians. PAs are trained to practice medicine in graduate-level programs using a curriculum modeled on medical school education.

​What Information Do I Need To Bring To My First Visit?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To assist us, please bring your insurance card, method of payment and a photo ID.  We ask you bring a list of any medications, vitamins and/or herbal supplements you are currently taking. If you are bringing your child, please bring his/her immunization records as well. ​​

We are in network with the following major insurance carriers:

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medcost, Medicaid and Medicare

Medicare Advantage Plans:

NC Medicaid Managed Health Care Plans:
